Such a wonderful clinic, you can tell they really value their patients, my provider Shannon Coward was behind but the communication from the front desk about the delay was reassuring so I didn’t mind waiting.
I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. I was seen quickly, and the whole process was smooth and well organized. It’s clear they value their patients’ time while still providing excellent care. Highly recommend!
Just joined up with Medicare and had to find new providers in my network. Luckily my wife chose PA Shannon Coward as hers and suggested I do the same. I cannot have been more pleased with any other provider. Within 10 minutes of talking to her I felt very comfortable with her ability to take care of my medical needs. She took the time to discuss my past history and my needs for the future. As I said before just after a few minutes of speaking with her I felt totally comfortable.
