I have always accompanied my elderly mother to her appointments with multiple doctors within the facility. It was always nice when they recognized my mother by simply waving and telling her to have a seat. It was so frustrating and disappointing to go in and see computer check in and while the front desk staff opened the window to say they were here to help it didn’t feel very helpful when they then closed the window and picked up their cell phone. Our elderly need personable interactions, socialization decreases with age and that’s when we need it the most.
Such a wonderful clinic, you can tell they really value their patients, my provider Shannon Coward was behind but the communication from the front desk about the delay was reassuring so I didn’t mind waiting.
I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. I was seen quickly, and the whole process was smooth and well organized. It’s clear they value their patients’ time while still providing excellent care. Highly recommend!
