Shoutout to Dr. Mundy and the nurse who assisted, but i didnt get her name. After 2 ER doctors, 2 urgent care doctors, and 16 days of severe neck spasms to the point i was in tears, I finally found a doctor who listened to how severe my pain was and prescribed the right medications, gave me a PT referral and actually helped me start the recovery process.

I have always accompanied my elderly mother to her appointments with multiple doctors within the facility. It was always nice when they recognized my mother by simply waving and telling her to have a seat. It was so frustrating and disappointing to go in and see computer check in and while the front desk staff opened the window to say they were here to help it didn’t feel very helpful when they then closed the window and picked up their cell phone. Our elderly need personable interactions, socialization decreases with age and that’s when we need it the most.
