Kernodle Clinic Mebane

I don’t know what other people are saying bad about the Kernodle Clinic in Mebane, but I’ve always had great care and service there. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and they get to you as quickly as possible. That is my observation. I don’t understand why anyone would leave anything other than a great report on the clinic.

My appt was with Dr. Wolfe after injuring my back and being referred here by Alamance ER. He did a good job of explaining what he believed to be the problem with pictures and a plastic model. They were to send a muscle relaxer to my pharmacy and referral for physical therapy. The prescription was sent to CVS even though I told the nurse and the doctor that I now use Walgreens and NOT to send to CVS. No call from physical therapy for 3 days, so I called them Friday to find out why and was told the doctor FORGOT to put in the referral for PT. I'm my husband's caregiver and I'm in pain! I just want to thank the lady that picked up the phone in the payments department (for which I was incorrectly given the number) on Monday, Feb 1st, who got the correct person to call me back within 5 minutes! You are amazing! The world needs more people like you! It wasn’t in your job description nor was it your problem, but you went out of your way to get me the help that I needed! THANK YOU!!
