I’ve had chronic back pain and have recently suffered with terrible neck pain as well. In fact the night before my appointment I contemplated going to the ER bcuz I was in such pain on both sides of my neck. I decided to wait and go to this appt with Kate instead. I would very highly recommend her to any of my friends and family who are suffering with tension, pain or just in need of some pampering. This woman is AMAZING!! I can’t remember when I felt so good. I have suffered with severe lower back pain for years; ever since I fractured my spine in a horseback riding accident. I had a spinal fusion surgery about 2 years ago and I haven’t been the same since. That is until today after seeing Kate. Not only is she gifted in the physical works itself but she was professional, caring and informative too. No question about it, I will be a repeat client!!

Kate is awesome!! Today was my first massage experience with her, and I can tell you, it won’t be my last!! She took the time to talk with me about my profession and possible reasons of why I have been suffering with SI joint issues, and also discussed with me good stretches to perform to help with my glute and leg pain. The massage was top notch, and the pressure was spot on!!
