I had scheduled an appointment for 3 o’clock On 5 May I arrived early was taken in slightly earlier than 3 o’clock and then I waited for the doctor till 330 never showed up just after 3:30. I walked out went to the office and they asked me if I was done. I said no ma’am I wasn’t even visited by the doctor and walked out. Poor poor very poor Service
Dr. Graham and her staff are the absolute BEST especially the manager at the Medispa and the lady who does the laser hair treatments. They are unbelievably kind going above and beyond to ensure that you have the most positive experience. I doubt that most people look forward to a laser hair treatment but I can honestly say that I do. I highly recommend Dr. Graham and especially the Medispa!
Brought my daughter here for an appointment recently and waited an hour to see the doc. Then once decided what would be done, another 20 minutes! She is rushed, doesn’t take the time needed with the clients and what’s even the point of making an appointment time if it’s not even going to even come close to being respected?! Perhaps she should see less clients and budget half an hour for each one…….. just a suggestion. I think we will be looking for a new dermatologist, which is sad because we have been going here for years and love her, but can’t afford to have an hour+ of our day wasted just sitting around waiting…..
