Cone Health Mebane Physical Therapy is a highly recommended facility known for its exceptional staff and comprehensive services. Caroline, at the front desk, is also commended for her friendly and helpful nature. You can't go wrong here. I was seen by multiple providers at this location (while my main physical therapist was out on PTO). I had a shoulder injury that the docs fixed up in no time. They answered all my questions and by the end of PT, I was 95%. All I had to do was continue doing some basic exercises. I'm back to 100% now thanks to this place and their wonderful doctors. At least two of the three doctors there are also professors of physical therapy, too. So you know they know their stuff.
Last note: If they suggest dry needling, DO IT. It didn't hurt in the slightest and it was a major contributor to my recovery in my opinion.
Michael is absolutely the best therapist. I love the energy as soon as I walk in. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The therapy is designed exactly to meet my needs and I can tell such a difference. I'm so happy I chose Cone health physical therapy over the other options. Honestly what sold me was the way the receptionist handled my phone call. I had contacted another office and the receptionist was unhelpful and vague. When I called Cone Health Mebane there was sincerity and compassion for me. Took time to explain things such as appointments and insurance questions I had. Thank you so much for being so awesome!!
I can't speak highly enough of this facility! Mike and Jason were absolutely wonderful. I ended up here with a fractured fibula in addition to 2 ankle fractures. I wasn't sure how I was ever going to walk. A week later I was off crutches and walking! I still have many weeks of PT ahead of me but both of these gentlemen deserve all the credit in the world for giving me the confidence to get up and move. Staff is very knowledgeable and take their craft seriously. PT area is very clean and has a variety of machines, tables, and devices to cover all your needs. Ms. Caroline up front is the sweetest lady ever also!
