My contact with A/C Medic is through Roland Marsh, the former owner of Marsh Heating and Air Conditioning. The two businesses have merged, but Mr Marsh is staying on for 2 years and then will be in a consulting role with the new business. Marsh Heating and Air provided excellent service at reasonable prices and the people were always warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have had the same experience now that they are under another umbrella. I look forward to continuing to have them on my team of excellent people keeping my systems going!

I cannot speak highly enough of A/C Medic. Their communications and office staff are amazing, keeping the customer informed throughout the scheduling and work event process. Jacob performed top-notch service from the beginning of a routine maintenance call to the completion of the installation of a new high-efficiency heat pump and all new duct work. Once Jacob discovered that my old gas furnace was throwing off unsafe levels of carbon monoxide and would need to be shut off, he then worked diligently to help me figure out the best option for a new system. I had a fall checkup and discovered a mold issue. After some cleaning, they installed a UV source that runs when the system is running. It seems to be working well …. I don’t have a musty odor blowing out the vents anymore. The guys who did the work are great Right on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I had questions and they took time to answer all of them. People in the office are very helpful also. Good experience all round. Highly recommended!
