Shelley is a freaking magician. I had the most productive massage of my life. She can tell exactly where I am locked up and get the muscles to release. I rebooked for the first time ever because I am now addicted. Go. Book. You won’t regret it.

Bodywork is a great description -- this is way better than typical, massages I've had elsewhere! Both Thai massage with Marilyn and table massage with Shelley significantly improved my back/neck pain and range of motion. I had a particularly awful knot in my shoulder when I saw Shelley, and she did a miraculous job ironing it out. If you're like me and are frustrated with the standard routine massages that are relaxing at the time but don't have any sustainable benefits, you should give Arches a try!
