Absolutely the best customer service! This was my first time.Im 49 years old and my vision was great All my life until 5-6 yrs ago. The Dr said,yes you need glasses. I didn’t understand anything about how my insurance works with eyewear. I was greeted by Tammy, and we sat down,she explained EVERY SINGLE DETAIL! I got overwhelmed quickly by trying to pick out a pair of glasses. Then Tammy brought a pair of Ray-Bans over and said try these. BAM! Prefect Choice! I have been going here since they opened several years ago. The staff is super nice. The prices are decent compared to where I used to go. Because of covid19, they have not opened yet and I had to go somewhere else to get my prescription filled and it costed so much more I almost got up and walked but I didn't have a choice. That made me appreciate this vision center even more.
