McClintock Heating & Cooling is an independent company with outstanding service. Technicians Kyle, Jake, Roger, Stephen, and Vic provided excellent service. Kyle arrived when expected, was courteous, and explained what he was doing. Jake was amazing, diagnosed the problem, and explained options very thoroughly without trying to upsell. Roger is a competent and personable technician. Stephen was courteous and knowledgeable, checking everything and cleaning the outdoor unit. Vic provided excellent service, was on-time, and explained the status across all systems. Raven was great on the phone. The company has professional staffing in the office. Customers highly recommend and are very satisfied with this locally owned provider.
I purchased a new Trane system from McClintock to replace my 20+ year old Trane system. Every step of the process was flawless! Zeke and Trevor did an outstanding job on the install going above and beyond! They exceeded my expectations! I’m so glad I chose McClintock for my new system!
Vic was incredible in our “AC System Maintenance” service today! Our AC unit was very dirty and filled with spider webs and leaves, but he took the time to thoroughly clean it out. He took tons of photos of his testing on the AC unit and in our attic, and at the end he walked me through all the photos and gave me the rundown on everything. He was also incredibly friendly and gave our dog lots of pets! 10/10 would recommend!
Very Happy and impressed with the service Jake M. provided us. Within two hours of my initial call the technician was dispatched and fixed our AC unit.
