Deck Plus recently completed a 3-season room for us...no easy task as the floor of the room stands 13 feet off the ground! In the planning phase, which we modified from our initial thoughts, Deck Plus resolved our design issues because of our existing hip roof. We really could not see how the roof of the new room could be seamlessly attached to the existing roof line, but Deck Plus figured it out. We learned about a cricket roof! All aspects of the job went well...from the sales rep Mike, the project manager Bill, and most of all the head carpenter, Ananias, and his crew who did an outstanding job. The completed work received praise from everyone, including the town building inspector who stated Deck Plus constructed a great addition. We express out thanks to everyone at Deck Plus and without hesitation recommend them for home improvement projects.
Every phase of the project was perfect! We used Deck Plus to add an attached covered and screened porch with an additional open deck. It started with Mike who came out to meet with us, discuss our project and work with us to develop a plan that was within our budget. Then our project manager Bill met with us to go over every phase of the project. The communication regarding when each phase would be started and completed was awesome. He let us know when materials would arrive and when each person would be on site and what they would be doing while they were at our home. If something changed, he always let us know ahead of time. Construction was quick and top notch. Ananais and the other carpenters were extremely skilled, professional and their attention to detail was amazing. When construction was complete, Bill met with us again to make sure all aspects of the project were completed to our satifsfaction. We love our new space and we cannot thank Deck Plus and their team enough for the incredible new addition to our home.
