We have been getting our taxes done here for 4 years after being recommended by my husbands coworker. My husband dropped our taxes off in March. We didn’t hear anything and were not able to get in touch with Mrs. Mills when tax day came and went. My husband left voicemails and there were no return calls. I stopped by one day and was told by an assistant that she would call me if she could find our taxes. We have been getting our taxes done here for 4 years after being recommended by my husbands coworker. My husband dropped our taxes off in March. We didnt hear anything and were not able to get in touch with Mrs. ******************** when tax day came and went. My husband left voicemails and there were no return calls. I stopped by one day and was told by an assistant that she would call me if she could find our taxes. When she did call I was told an extension had been filed and our taxes would be done at the end of the next week. Another month went by and my husband contacted Mrs. ******************** through ********* She said that her family had lots of health scares which was very unfortunate; I just wish we could have been notified. We asked if we could pick up our information to get our taxes filed elsewhere. She then let us know that they were done and could be picked up. I paid her the $300 we owed just glad to have the ordeal over with. I was very worried that I would be fined for overdue taxes and she assured me I would not. Well today I received a notice from the **** I owe $600 in fines. Unfortunately that was the last straw for me which is why Im here writing this review. Im helpless to do anything else besides help someone else avoid this situation. I suppose our business was not worth the hassle or honesty. I truly wish Mrs. ******************** and her family the best, but we will not be bringing any more of our unwanted tax business to her office.

I have been trying to get my taxes for months !she is not there on Wednesday's like it says on the door , not responding to emails or voice mails.9/9 I call today and office not open when will you be in the office or at less call me so I can get my taxes
