Heather ROCKS!!! She did such a great job!!! She was very professional and took the time to ask several times if I liked my haircut!! And I love it!!! I didn't make an appointment, so the wait was kinda long, but I just did the rest of my errands while I was waiting. Thank you Heather for making this old gal feel special again!!!!
They need some people working there that look like they like their job. A lot of them look and act like they are in torment doing their job. The lady that did my hair cut a big gap on one side of my hair and acted like she hated everyone there. It was hard to see till I got home and combed it out. Most of them acted like they hated any one that came in the door.
Great Clips app to schedule a haircut is so easy-to-use, when you arrive the appointment screen has what order your in. You let know them it's you when ask your name. Good service and very professional.
