They need some people working there that look like they like their job. A lot of them look and act like they are in torment doing their job. The lady that did my hair cut a big gap on one side of my hair and acted like she hated everyone there. It was hard to see till I got home and combed it out. Most of them acted like they hated any one that came in the door.

Great Clips app to schedule a haircut is so easy-to-use, when you arrive the appointment screen has what order your in. You let know them it's you when ask your name. Good service and very professional.

Good place for a quick haircut but booking online is frustrating because when I got there I was down further on the list and they said it would be at least another 30 to 45 minutes! Only 1 person working! She said that the coworker left abruptly for lunch and she didn't know it! Not cool.
