Having lightning strike your home and damage or ruin appliances or stressful enough. Sounds sad heating and air not only got on a job quickly gave me some estimates did the troubleshooting and had a units replaced in just over a week. I can’t say enough about these guys. Everything from the office to talk to the people in taking the order as well as the guys that come out and actually did the servicing and replacement. These guys are wonderful, quick, timely, professional courteous, and reliable. I have no problem saying that these guys are top-of-the-line in their field.
Our 25-year-old AC unit decided to call it quits on a very humid August evening. Called Soundside first thing in the morning and talked to a friendly human. Soundside was able to schedule a visit in just 2-3 hours. Even called back with some advice based on my description of the issue. Joe arrived and had the aging system back up and running in no time. The cost was very reasonable, and he took the time to explain all the details.
