I’ve used Robert’s Maintenance and Repair for several projects and he always does a fantastic job! He is my go-to person for all house projects in the Outer Banks. He has great communication, is punctual, professional and always provides quality work at fair prices. Rob can do it all! He’s replaced decking, repaired exterior cedar shakes, built a new exterior staircase, remodeled bathrooms and completed paint jobs. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get work done in the obx!

Rob installed new flooring in our bathroom and hallway as well as replicated and replaced our outdoor shower door. I really like his quote system online. It’s clear, quick and easy. He txted us each day with his schedule and was never late. His workmanship was terrific and his prices are very reasonable.

Robert painted my new place, and I couldn't love it more! He was easy to schedule with, which is difficult with my crazy schedule! He was timely and knocked out a decent sized job in a day and a half by himself! His paint is clean, precise, and even. I can't thank him enough for turning our new place into a fresh new space! I will have to share pictures later after our art is hung☺️
