My baby Bella became very sick. Had to make an emergency call in middle of the night. We couldn't save her so had to let her go. Throughout the entire process Dr. Elliott was great. He was very compassionate ANF didn't rush thru. He gave us the time we needed with her even tho it was the middle of the night!! I highly recommend!!!

While visiting in the outer banks our older dog became ill. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, our dog was unable to make it home with us. are grateful for the kind people at this animal clinic for providing such good care at the end of her life.

Big thank you to Megan Parker with Roanoke Island Animal Clinic for being there with me at 4am. Last night was rough and 2 hrs of sleep doesn't help with the emotional side of things, but i seriously couldn't have made it through without her compassion. The fact that she met me at the vet at 4am was enough to make the trauma instantly better. Thank God for people like her?❤️RIP MY LITTLE COMPANION
