I have been using Outer Banks Pest Control for my home in Corolla since 2004. Initially, Bob Hancock came to our home and gave us a thorough education on pests. We have been using their quarterly maintenance services and annual termite inspections since that meeting. They are professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and always show up on time. I can not say enough about Jessie Hancock, Bob's daughter, who has been running the business for many years. Jessie has always made the time to take my calls to answer my questions and lessen my fears concerning our wildlife neighbors. We have been using Outer Banks Pest Control for over 10 years at our home in Duck. They are trustworthy and responsive. Their techs know their stuff and do what needs to be done to solve any pest problem.

We have had this service for years and we are always totally satisfied with the service.When we need an extra out of cycle visit (for spiders or wasps), they come out and solve the problem.There are 2 areas that I would suggest some improvement.1. I believe that they could increase their staff. They are very capable , polite and professional and the service technician is always pleasant.2. The on-line billing is a bit confusing as the sender is a "workorder number". Initially, I would just delete without opening. However, when I realized that it was you, I knew to open and pay the bill. Suggest that this may lead to quite a few late payments. This actually happened...read full review
