Deaton's barber shop is the premier barber and conversation experience in the entire South. My haircut is never better than when I leave that place. I leave with the best and most recent inside information and it's never nasty and negative. If it was only the best haircuts it would be enough but the atmosphere is the epitome of Southern banter and hospitality. I have not gotten my hair done here, but my grandfather who has Alzheimer’s and dementia goes often. Brett Deaton was so kind and patient to him. He walked my grandfather out to the car to make sure he didn’t get lost. What a gentleman!! Thank you Mr. Deaton!
There is usually a wait when we go - which is absolutely fine and shows what a great barber he is! My young son used to hate having his hair cut but since going to Deaton's, he loves going. Great with kids and fantastic price!
