Successful Transitions LLC was founded in 2006 with the goal to “Help Others Transition Successfully” whether it is from a stressful life event, overcoming addiction to needing a safe place while in transition. STLLC serves a diverse population. Our services include outpatient treatment for mental health, substance use, Intensive Recovery Services for addiction, adolescent residential treatment and now offering Peer Support and Individual Support!
