When I walked in the front staff at the window was extremely nice her name was Mallory Thomas my nurse was also extremely nice…. The Dr that day made sure I was treated, I went thinking I had a UTI but i didn’t she ran different tests to find my diagnosis….. I will return
Every time I go to this southeastern urgent care at the health mall, I always have a really good PCA doctor. The staff are very knowledgeable as to what they are doing. I don’t have a long waiting time. And they always seem to give me The information that I need to take care of myself at home
I made an appointment. I checked in and waited less than 5 minutes to go back. Dr was in in probably 5 minutes. And was done in 5 minutes! I knew what was wrong, just needed meds for it, clear cut visit. Everyone was so nice and efficient. There was also no one in the lobby and only one when I left. I went in about 5 on a Saturday. Highly recommend and will go there again if I need it!
