It was very different than the Raleigh office location. I was very impressed by how caring the staff treated me and everyone else who was there all at the same time. Very professional and caring. Had a great experience for the first time there.
This is the best outpatient clinic I have ever attended. Mrs. Tasha is so friendly and helpful, she never hesitates to help when I need it. I have been going to this clinic for years and never had an issue. I love my doctor Mrs. Reid, she truly cares about her patients. But this new phone system is no good. I called the clinic to find out about the new primary care provider, and I kept getting AI and was never able to connect with anyone. I thought they were closed until I went there and they were open. Please go back to the old phone service so we can speak with a real person.
