Everyone is very friendly, puts you at ease, listens, asks questions, explains why they’re recommending & what is available. There’s no pushing a specific fix…you get options and it’s your choice. Kathy (hope that’s the correct spelling) Hendricks is really great and I will continue to drive 1.5 hours to this practice. I highly recommend them!!!
I took my 12 yr old there with a chemical burn to the face and was immediately taken to the back where Ms. Linnea assessed her and offered samples. We didn't have an appointment but just so happens Ms Tierra's patient didn't show so she was able to fit us in. They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and put her mind at ease that her face was treatable! 24 hrs later and she is looking so much better! These ladies were amazing!
I enjoyed the experience and the knowledge they both had. I enjoyed the conversations they talked to me where I could understand what they were saying and not just a bunch of words over my head that I didn't know what they were talking to me about and I would recommend them both highly to anyone needs their help. It is tremendous. You can tell when somebody enjoys their job by the way they treat their patients. Thank you so much
