Would rate higher but I only get up to 5 stars. This is the company and team you want for your septic issues. Michael, answers his own phone, gives you specific times for his service and performs it perfectly. Very willing to instruct on proper septic practices. Didn't scold me for neglecting mine. Explained every thing he did and why. Arrived on time. Did everything he needed without rushing through it just to get done. I needed a distribution box replaced....and he showed up a day EARLIER than promised. Could have used the same short cuts his predecessor used which are acceptable practices, but preferred to just get it perfectly correct instead of the easy way that could cause problems down the road. Then there is the price.....came in well under my expectations. Michael and his associate wife are not just great at there profession, they are just plain good people also. .I am outside of Whiteville.

Mike is great and goes out of his way to help you. His prices are very reasonable. They are quick and reliable. Please call him for your needs. Also when you see him out he will remember you and say hello.

Michael is very knowledgeable about his work, does a good job and very reasonable with his prices. I would defintely recommend him to anyone that has septic tank problems, and will definitely be using his services again in the future.
