I saw Dr Clark today and he is very professional along with being just a nice guy. He explained everything to me step by step and it was a great experience. I would recommend Eye Care Center to anyone and everyone. The selection of frames is adequate and I finally found the perfect glasses for me.
Dr. Katherine White is the best optometrist ever. She loves her patients and she gives them the best care possible. And when it comes to customer service, you can’t ask for anything more than the staff at the eyecarecenter. They give great service. They always have a nice, pleasant smile and friendly attitude towards me when I come in for my visit. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good place to get their eyes examined.
Dr. Clark was very thorough, explaining everything he done and why. The exam went very smoothly. However, I did have a small problem with my prescription being faxed over to the drugstore, causing me to completely run out of my eyedrops. After two failed requests by phone, I eventually went back to the clinic and made the request in person. I then received my prescription within a few hours.
