Excellent service. Bought a new fridge and it continued to freeze up and stop working. Doug's Appliance was right out to diagnose the issue and order the parts. Once the parts arrived he was right over to fix it. Very professional, timely, and neat. Very knowledgeable of his craft. Thank you for all your help.
I had an appointment in advance through Maytag. They never called me the day of the appointment. I called them because They didn’t show up and didn’t notify me about them not coming. (I missed worked that day) They said they were backed up and would call me later that day about 3pm-4pm. It happened 2-3 different times when I would call and try to reschedule the appointment. My washing machine has been down for going on 2 weeks now.Service: Washer/dryer repair
They lied to me because they keep giving me excuses why they can't come out . there customer service is sorry and they are rude when you call them they don't keep their promises so so I would not recommend them
