Doug's fixed my washer and came back and replaced some worn parts before and after the holidays! They called, and kept our appointments on time and were very professional. This was all done on my extended warranty, so I was not out of pocket. Thank you Doug's!
They were closed day after Thanksgiving so called first thing Monday morning to make appointment for Thursday was told between 8-4 on Thursday (4 days) refrigerator under warranty
they called on day of appointment to change to Friday. They should call the day before to change appointment This is a sign of poor management and would not recommend using this company. My Warranty company sent them information had to call warranty company to reassign a new repair service which delayed repair I am a senior citizen with medical appointments to work around.
I notice in today’s world many will put out a bad review; yet, I have to wonder do those not happy how often do they offer a good review. I too review on experiences. I usually call their boss and give praise, as many are not credited for the great works.
I had a warranty call and in less than 1 week I had a call and repair date. 😀 that was a good start.
Then they showed up on date and since I was available an earlier time 🙌. I was liking this company.
A part was needed and in a matter of days they returned ON TIME and ready to get her fixed.
