I absolutely LOVE this place. Jessica is wonderful and I've enjoyed each and every class. There is a wide variety of class types, which is great. Gives me the chance to try a little bit of everything as well as start off slow as someone new to yoga. I always feel welcomed and supported. Plus, they have all the yoga mats and props you may need for every class so you don't need to spend any money to try it out. Jessica just has a light about her that makes you feel calm the minute you walk through the door. Give Flow Yoga a try. You will love it!!!

I really love coming here. I wish I started going sooner. I only have been to the morning classes but all the teachers are sweet and welcoming. It has also been my self care go to, especially after having my first baby. Thank y’all

I absolutely love Flow Yoga Locust! I have been going to a variety of classes since February this year, and it didn't take me long to become a monthly member (highly recommend). Over the last few months I have seen myself transform in my practice in mind, body, and strength. The studio has all kinds of different classes that can fit anyone's yoga style/needs. Definitely check out the studio. You'll love it!
