Talha saw me in my yard when he was in the neighborhood marketing. He explained very thoroughly, the damage done during a hail storm almost 2 years prior. He examined my roof and proved to me that significant damage had been done by the storm. He was very helpful during that phase of the process. In addition, he was present when the Allstate representative came to do their inspection. He shared many photographs that he had taken with the inspector.
