    AirBoss installed our unit when we had our house built in 2009. Last year we had to buy a replacement and we chose AirBoss. The new unit came with an issue that had to be addressed repeatedly before the solution was found. The technicians who came to seek and find the problem were on time and politely explained the plan to find and fix the units problem. Evidently you can stop a Trane, but AirBoss got it rolling again!

    We called Airboss and they came out the very same day. James the tech was on point and had us fixed right away. He took time to explain our issue and how to fix. Arial was also quite helpful over the phone. Will definitely reach out to them again if need any HVAC repairs. TY AirBoss. ???

    4 months later,,, Called Airboss a 2nd time. For a separate issue. Same results. They answered phone and had a tech out in couple hours and had me fixed in 15 min. Also the rate was quite reasonable

    Always a pleasant experience with AirBoss. The technician, Thellie, was prompt (even early) and listened to my assessment of the issue. He quickly confirmed the problem and even offered to set up a temporary solution. Prices are very reasonable for the diagnostic charge and the overall cost for ordering and installing the new fan motor. Will continue to use AirBoss for all my HVAC needs at Lake Gaston!
