The prices have gotten outrageous! I have no complaints about the staff. We love everyone we see. My issues is the cost. $227 for a 20 minute med management appointment is not acceptable. The psychiatrist charge is $450+.

Dr.Sanchez and her staff are incredible. After 15 years of seeking help only to be judged, ignored prescribed medication without counseling and at one point was even told that I didn’t have serious enough issues such as suicidal thoughts to be in treatment that I finally met Dr.Sanchez, Nurse Jessica, Kristen and Cindy. Dr.Sanchez made me feel like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I’ve never wanted to be so open and truthful to anyone before. She wants to help everyone. There is no judgement, she even makes me laugh a lot, she is great at keeping boundaries and being compassionate simultaneously. I highly recommend this facility if you're struggling with mental-health. Most of the 1-star reviews are from people who were for some reason expecting it to be like a resort stay. They do take away things like electronics and even getting something other than a crayon to write with is difficult, and I will say their ‘showers’ are terrible. HOWEVER, the staff there are truly caring and the people I was with really helped me feel loved. Unless you've been to other facilities, don't feel like you're entitled to leave a one-star review because this is the best one in the state. The food is also amazing too.
