Outlook Flooring was very responsive to our request. They were able to match the other flooring in our house. They came out quickly to give an estimate and installed our flooring within a couple of weeks. We're very pleased with their work!
Great job laying the carpet. Quality of the product is excellent. Would have given a 5 star rating , but there was a bit of miscommunication on how to install the padding that caused it to be a long day. Problem solved easily, just had to wait on more padding and tape for the padding. I would still highly recommend this company.
Allison is super friendly and helpful. She was able to locate some boxes of discontinued flooring so i could add on to what the builder had installed in my home. I highly recommend Outlook Flooring.
