We are so pleased with our new home! We had the best experience building with Key. If you are someone building for the first time like we were, you are in great hands. Everyone made sure to treat us with kindness and patience when making all the little decisions we had to make. They really value their customers and want to make your dreams become reality. ❤
Our family has now built a home 3 times. Each with a different builder. And our experience with Key Builders could not have been better. The home construction process inherently has complications unique to each build. And the general contractor is key in navigating them.
Key Builders attention to detail, completeness of tasks, clear communication, & quality of workmanship on our home was absolutely stellar!
So far the entire experience with this team has been nothing short of outstanding. From meeting the crew who actually worked on the house, the foreman, the sales and marketing folks and the post sales team that explained the warranty process and even have already done things post sales that I would consider non critical they have treated every issue as it was the most important item on their to do list.
