I came here after a VERY bad experience across the bridge at Lillington's other nail salon. When I came in, all nail techs were busy with other patrons. A lady told me to sit and someone would be with me shortly. After maybe 15-20 minutes, a spot was open for me. A male, not sure of his name(first table on right when you go in) motioned for me to come on and take a seat. This man went to work on my nails and much to my amazment--they were done in record time! He didn't talk much, but was very concentrated on his work. To some the quiet might bother but it is fine to me. As long as you do good work on my nails--- I can sit there 30 minutes or 2 hours. I been going to this place for the last four years. Today I was looking to go in there and relax. Half way through my manicure, The View is blasting in the background on TV. While I don't care if you are a Liberal or Conservative, I don't want to hear this type of show that is nothing but listening to them spew their hate. Take the time to realize that you might want things on TV that does not offend your customers. Stick with food, health or travel shows. I could not get out of there fast enough. Last time I will be going back.

Yesterday was my first visit to L I Nail Shop, but it definitely won’t be my last! I got a deluxe pedicure and a gel polish manicure. The pedicure with T was one of the best I’ve ever had. He took his time, was thorough, and the leg massage was awesome! Next Nancy did my manicure. I showed her my “Pinterest Inspired” baseball themed design, and she knocked it out of the park (pun intended haha)! Her version turned out MUCH better than the photo I showed her. The prices were pretty on-par with other local salons, and everything was very clean and tidy. So glad I have found my new go-to salon!
