We were referred to Doug Moore by a local housing agent who explained that buying vacant land is a specialty and, in many ways, more complicated than buying a house. With Doug’s guidance we selected a handful of properties to see in person. He scheduled visits, provided a UTV to view every corner of the land, took GPS tagged photos, and even drone photos of our favorites. Phenomenal realtor especially when dealing with land sales. Most realtors take only a few photos when listing a property and have no way to show you around. Doug takes the time to learn everything he can about the property and takes many photos throughout the parcel. He also has invested in a very nice side by side to drive clients around and access otherwise difficult to access areas of larger tracts of land. Doug and I became acquaintances when I met him as the listing agent on a property I purchased 4 years ago and when I sell he will be my listing agent. Highly recommend!!
