What if I told you that as a medical doctor that your health was great just by looking at you. Therefore, you don't need an examination. What if I told you that you don't need insurance on your house and they will pay you for it if it burns? Now what if I told you that you did not have any dental issues by me just looking in your mouth? That is exactly what happened when I took my grandson for his six month examination. Prior to that supposedly his teeth was cleaned as I watched in which they wasn't. After the office visit his gum was bleeding as never before. The dentist came into the room while he was laying back in the chair and just looked into his mouth and said no cavities. Departed the room and never said a word about his dental care. Everyone expects to have a conversation about their health care with the provider for preventative maintenance. She never examined his mouth but was highly paid for less than three minutes. She had to escorted into the room as if she did not understand the English language.
I went to have some pain in my mouth checked and they said it was nothing. Went back the next day for a cleaning and said I had 3 cavities and one may need a root canal. A little bit confusing, because two different dentist in the same office had two different opinions. I'm not sure if this is normal. Overall, the staff is really great very personable. The staff at the front desk are very nice and extremely understanding. I normally don't like the dentist, but this place made me feel very relaxed.
I'm beyond disappointed with Lane & Assoc. I've been a happy customer for several years now and my family of 5 have had nothing but great things to say but today I got a call to tell me that my appointment for me and my 4 kids needed rescheduled cause they would be closed for Good Friday. I wasn't happy that I booked it over 4 months in advance but okay I understand, someone may have made an error due to the holiday. Then the lady told me I could not book all 4 of my family back to back because policy would only allow 2 per family per day so I'd have to take two days from work to get my kids to their appointments. This made me angry because they've always booked my family back to back and never told me I couldn't. I won't be rescheduling and I'll take my family elsewhere.
