Dr Byrd was very nice and thorough. The checkout one lady in particular could be more courteous. She has an accent and was very irritated when I asked questions. I came two days in a row and she repeatedly told me how she printed something for me the day before and the explanation I needed was not on the paperwork. This makes my experience hesitant to want to come back.

My appointment was at 8 am. I walked in the door at 8 am after they unlocked it. I sat waiting until 822 am to see the doctor who talked the whole time. Maybe he drinks too much caffeine? I said one word and he said 50. I appreciate your knowledge Doctor but I would be better served if you showed up at 8 and listened to me as I use these eyes and I honestly need to see better not just listen to things that I already know. Just be ready for the rambling lecture and the long wait. Remember to that you can take your prescription to another place for glasses or reuse an old frame because it's the lenses made outside at the lab not at the eye doctor!
