Had an issue with our unit and they had someone out within hours to take a look. Sean, our technician, was excellent. He found the problem and solution, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, along with a couple of additions he was doing to keep it from becoming a problem in the future. He cleaned everything up after he left and was so professional.

ACS was able to send a technician within 2 hours of my call. Sean was very thorough locating the problem with one of my units not cooling properly. He explained it was a faulty valve that he adjusted but suggested it should be replaced in the future. He was able to get unit back to cooling.

Jared is very knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and professional repairman. He found the problem with my AC unit very quickly and solved the issue. Prices are
very reasonable considering quality. My AC went out on Saturday and trying without success to contact a service person, a friend suggested ACS, so on Sunday I called and Rochelle set up an appointment for early Monday morning, She was very professional, a cut above the normal weekend telephone customer service.
