We purchased a home to be built by Trusst Builder’s Group; it was one of 12 townhomes being built within several months on the same street. Prior to purchasing we viewed the property for all these new townhomes, it was a field with no property markers or stakes. When we received the plot plan, it didn’t show any terrain or elevation. When we did our first walkthrough, we saw that our backyard was less than ½ the size of property shown on the plot plan.There is a steep drop off about 15 feet behind our house, making half of our backyard unusable. No building process goes perfectly. There are always tweaks that neeD to be managed. Trusst builds a good home which includes many upgrades but there are still other upgrades you can pay for additionally. The choicE is yours. It is made perfectly clear that whatever is in the model is includEd with the price of your home. I love my home, I worked well with the Building Superintendent, Alan, to make changes, and i enjoy the camaraderie of the neighbors. Whiskey Branch is a pleasant and peAceful pLace to live.
