My laptop had a fatal error that "erased" all of access to my apps, my settings and passwords. Dwayne was able to recover my complete profile of apps and passwords, restoring it to its "pre-error" state. I will call Dwayne any time I have a serious PC problem, as should you.

Dwayne was awesome: on time, personable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
