My laptop had a fatal error that "erased" all of access to my apps, my settings and passwords. Dwayne was able to recover my complete profile of apps and passwords, restoring it to its "pre-error" state. I will call Dwayne any time I have a serious PC problem, as should you.
PC Doc on Site is top notch. Dwayne is awesome, and on top of his game. He Always quickly responds, is professional and knows his stuff. You won't go wrong in giving him a call for any computer needs.
Dwayne was awesome: on time, personable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He made quick work of setting up my new iMac and transferring everything from the old one, and even included downloads, connecting to printer and other issues. Made my life much simpler!
