They were very compassionate through my journey of putting down my dearest Thalia. They gave me time alone with her in the room prior to euthanasia. They did not rush me whatsoever. The room was calm, led candlelit. They had spray cheese and Hershey kisses for her to enjoy, even though she did not feel good enough to have any.They did not rush us out of the room afterwards. They were also the most reasonably priced for the euthanasia and going through them for the individual creamation.

I like this place so much, especially the doctor I see. He is gentle with my Mivy, excited to see her and I can tell he loves his work. Always respectful staff, even when I call over and over again with scheduling and questions. I am always pleasantly surprised when I get my bill, it always is lower that what I think it will be. With everything going up in price I appreciate the effort in making animal health care affordable. Mivy is a very active dog; I appreciate their patience with her.

My mom and I have been taking our pets (both dogs and cats) for years. Staff is always caring and friendly. As busy as they are, they try and accommodate emergencies and take the time to properly address your concerns.
