walked in and requested a full manicure and dip powder nails. He immediately started filing my nails, then proceeded to start the dip process. I asked him if we were still doing the manicurr, and he told me he wanted to do that part after the dip was on… so it “wouldn’t stick” to it. Bizarre, but ok. We get a layer on, and he takes a cuticle trimmer, dry trims my cuticles and shoves them back. No soaking prior. Then he puts the top coat on, says to wait 5. Comes back, rubs them and they’re sticky like glue and ruined. He tells me he has to redo the top coat without any explanation. First and last time here. I can’t say I was scammed because I let it happen. But I wanted a basic pedi and mani with regular polish and my wishes were not respected. I went in thinking I would spend around 50 dollars and ended up at 100 with tip. Am I happy with service and results? Yes. But I don’t like being bullied into paying for things I didn’t want.

The best. I’ve been going to them for almost 5 years now. The owner and his wife is absolutely amazing and all their staff are very helpful talents and do wonderful work. They also have wonderful tanning beds.
