Hollywood Nails (not by wal-mart)

I walked in and requested a full manicure and dip powder nails. He immediately started filing my nails, then proceeded to start the dip process. I asked him if we were still doing the manicurr, and he told me he wanted to do that part after the dip was on… so it “wouldn’t stick” to it. Bizarre, but ok. We get a layer on, and he takes a cuticle trimmer, dry trims my cuticles and shoves them back. No soaking prior. Then he puts the top coat on, says to wait 5. Comes back, rubs them and they’re sticky like glue and ruined. He tells me he has to redo the top coat without any explanation. I go in every 6 weeks for the most relaxing and therapeutic pedicure you can have. Never have to wait to get in, and when they're finished I feel like a million bucks. $40 dollars and you get hot rocks, Rose scrub nails perfectly trimmed and my skin is glowing. Thanks guys, you're the best.

They do a great job on nails, but their time management is awful. People make appointments for a reason. I'll be switching salons unfortunately. When my appointment is at 5pm, being called at 5:25 isn't acceptable. This is the salon at Brunswick Forest.
