She didn't have to do anything or say anything but her character shined through and she went above and beyond to not only give me a great haircut but I had a sympathetic ear to my personal life which is what usually happens in the barber chair. ?

I went in there and she asked what kind of haircut I wanted, I told her I was going to a job interview and that I needed a "job interview haircut". She delivered and then some!
