I started going to them on one snowy January day, my birthday, with the intention of having my nails done in tribute to my “work big brother” who had passed away from brain cancer last year. He was an old punk rocker who wore his nails the same way so it had to be perfect and I didn’t want it to be off in any way. I went in, and had it done, and it was AMAZING. Exact same shade of red and everything. I haven’t looked back since.

I also had my hair trimmed and it turned out fabulous.
