I’m 77 and my wife and I have built many homes over our lifetime and I can without any reservation say that Marty Reid’s Construction is the best I’ve ever experienced. He’s quick, he’s fair with his pricing and so very knowledgeable it’s scary! You tell him your vision and he’ll be able to come up with choices that improve on it. Quality is what we wanted and quality is what we got. In fact better than we had envisioned. I feel lucky that we got such an experienced builder. He’s really has done a nice, complete job for us.

I have so many great things to say about Girmann's! This is who I always recommend, especially to people who are homebound/elderly because Girmann's is so trustworthy.1. The crew does an excellent job! They take the appropriate time to make sure everything is properly cut, trimmed, and cleaned up. They aren't the type to sacrifice quality just to save themselves some time.2. They have an eye for detail! One of my path lights that's staked in the ground had come out, and I just never got around to putting it back in the ground. One of the guys actually put it back in! Thanks for going above and beyond!3. They can come every other week if you want, or as needed. And they won't pressure you to buy extra services from them.4. You can have your lawn mowed without needing to interact with anyone in-person. They have called/texted in advance to let me know when they were coming as well.I've worked with other landscaping companies in the past and have never had as good of an experience as I have with Girmann's. They are pricier than the last place we used, but so far they are proving to be worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try! I especially recommend them for elderly folks and people who only live in their home part-time - they are honest, and will get the job done true to their word even if you are not physically present to check.
Does super good work, and can fix anything! He is also a very nice guy! Highly recommend if you need stuff done!

A small development, with lots of nature and no golf, really quiet, a nice place for those who want to truly get away.
