I would recommend T&L Home Inspection to anyone asking for a recommendation. I was provided with a detailed report very quickly after the inspection. Todd was great to work with and very responsive to questions and inquiries even after I received my report.

As a real estate agent I know my clients needs are going to be well served with T&L home inspection. Not only does Todd do a great inspection he also does a great job with explaining his findings to the customer. Would Highly Recommend!

T&L Home Inspection is Veteran owned and operated. After retiring from military, I worked DOD contracts for several years, but I wanted to spend more time with my family, so I decided to find something that didn’t require traveling. In 2017 I started a home repair business and ended up working with several Realtors which led me into Home Inspections. In early 2018 I completed the required training and received my North Carolina Home Inspectors License. My experience in the Military plays well into home inspecting because the same attention to detail is required to perform a thorough inspection.
