This past week, we began experiencing plumbing problems, and the system totally backed up into the house. Fortunately, Alex Parks saved the day by servicing the septic tank, clearing out all the waste and ensuring that everything was operating as it should. Given that it's Sunday, the rates are very reasonable.

I have had to get my tank pumped 2 times over the years and both times I used Joe Parks. This time I had been having a problem with my plumbing and I was thinking it was roots in the feed line but was hoping that it was just the septic tank needing pumped out. They pumped it out and I asked if they could check the feed line. They could have easily done it to get payed more but they were honest and told me that my system was working properly and that the feed line is good. They asked me to flush my toilets and the clog was still there. Instead of telling me you need to call a plumber they took water hose and tried for 30 minutes or more trying to bust the clog.
