Roman Roofing & Gutters is a roofing company. Customers describe the business as professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The team is prompt with responses to questions and quick with estimates. One customer notes the crew did an amazing job replacing a roof, calling it beautiful, and that there were no hidden fees or charges. Another customer says the team was patient, came by the jobsite every day a crew was on the ground, and came back for a final walk through. Customers describe the team as thorough and easy to work with, and say they will recommend the services. Some experiences were disappointing. One customer says the crew left some cleanup behind and expected better attention to detail from a professional roofing contractor. Another customer was disappointed with the overall workmanship, saying the finishing was poor and issues had to be pointed out that should have been noticed before completion.
You can’t go wrong with Roman Roofing! Roman was extremely professional throughout the whole process of estimation, scheduling, and completion of our roof. He was prompt with his responses to the many questions I had. If anyone one needs roof or gutter work, they will be my recommendation.
