Every time I go to Riccobene-Apex, I am so blessed with the staff. I have real dentist anxiety, as old as I am. However, I have been going here for 4 yrs and today the entire staff was different (Dr. Clark was still there). I felt anxious. I am used to Melissa as my hygienist (amazing). It started with the new front desk Office Manger (Jessica), warming, professional and inviting; then Joel the hygienist, patient, calming and considerate during the cleaning and Tabitha the dental assistant (a fill-in from the Durham Office), you would think she was right at home because she was my peace. If you are looking for a dentist office, I promise that you will not be disappointed!
First appointment at Riccobene today. Everyone was very nice and professional from the front desk ladies to the hygentist's assistant, x-ray technician, hygentist and Dr. Clark. Very happy with our choice to try them out.
Wow, I was so scared. This office was the best. Brittney my dental Hygienist was beyond super and gentle she made me feel very relaxed. My Dentist was awesome, he took his time with me and explained everything extremely well. I will be back next week and I feel completely comfortable. Thank you all so much.
