Every time I go to Riccobene-Apex, I am so blessed with the staff. I have real dentist anxiety, as old as I am. However, I have been going here for 4 yrs and today the entire staff was different (Dr. Clark was still there). I felt anxious. I am used to Melissa as my hygienist (amazing). It started with the new front desk Office Manger (Jessica), warming, professional and inviting; then Joel the hygienist, patient, calming and considerate during the cleaning and Tabitha the dental assistant (a fill-in from the Durham Office), you would think she was right at home because she was my peace.
If you are looking for a dentist office, I promise that you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Rao and her associates have really gone the extra mile in serving me, even changing schedules to fit me in. they've been unfailingly kind as my temporary crowns kept failing. I even swallowed one of them! Ask for Dr. Rao. She's the best!
